Not at all. Most of our adult students start with zero martial arts background. Our coaches guide you step by step, making sure you’re comfortable while building solid fundamentals from day one.

Since all of our training is no-gi, you’ll just need athletic shorts or leggings and a fitted shirt (rash guards are ideal). No special uniform required.

Yes! Jiu Jitsu is one of the best ways to get in shape while learning a practical skill. You’ll build strength, improve conditioning, and gain flexibility at your own pace.

Safety is our top priority. Classes are supervised closely, and techniques are taught with control. You’ll also learn how to train smart, protect yourself, and tap out before injuries happen.

We focus 100% on no-gi Jiu Jitsu, taught with the most up-to-date techniques you’ll see in today’s gyms and competitions. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, no bowing, no rigid rules, just real training with real people.

Absolutely. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or stepping on the competition mats, our coaches provide personalized feedback to help you reach your goals.

Most students train 2–3 times per week to see steady progress, but you’re welcome to come as often as your schedule allows.
