Not at all. Most of our women started with zero martial arts background. Our instructors and teammates will guide you step by step so you feel comfortable from your very first class.

Just come in comfortable workout clothes like leggings, shorts, or a t-shirt. Since we train no-gi, you don’t need to buy a uniform.

Both. Jiu Jitsu is one of the best ways to get stronger, fitter, and more confident while also learning practical skills for real-world situations.

We don’t offer women-only classes yet, but you’ll find a welcoming environment with plenty of supportive training partners of all backgrounds. Many women actually find it helpful to train with a variety of partners since it better prepares them for real situations.

Absolutely. Everyone remembers what it’s like to be new, and you’ll find a community that encourages you, celebrates your progress, and helps you improve at your own pace.

Unlike many martial arts that focus on striking, Jiu Jitsu teaches leverage and technique to control or escape from larger, stronger opponents. It’s especially effective in situations where size and strength are mismatched.
