Not at all. Most of our women started with zero martial arts background. Our instructors and teammates will guide you step by step so you feel comfortable from your very first class.
Just come in comfortable workout clothes like leggings, shorts, or a t-shirt. Since we train no-gi, you don’t need to buy a uniform.
